Lost Property
Lost property found within the international and domestic terminal will be returned to the Airline
Duty Free items left airside will be passed on to Cook Islands Customs and you will need to contact them directly on +682 29365 or customs.info@cookislands.gov.ck and they will advise you how to collect your items.
All Passports found will be given to the Airport Police and you should contact them directly on +682 22499
If your lost item was left on-board an aircraft you will need to contact your airline directly.
Internet Access and SIM cards
Internet access can be purchased online with a credit for the following WiFi networks.
Baggage Storage is offered by Air Rarotonga for a fee per day. It is recommended to check with Air Rarotonga to ensure your baggage is available especially if after hours.

A Bank of the South Pacific (BSP) ATM is located at the Exit Arrivals Welcome hall, it is available 24/7 and dispenses New Zealand dollars/currency.

Indoor and outdoor seating, refreshments are available from the Ka Kite café and Are Kai, Aroa café
International
Public area is available to passengers after Security and Immigration processing. The lounge contains a range of Duty Free shops and the Reefside Rarotonga Café
